Mexican Pompona Vanilla Beans

The very rare Mexican Pompona is now available. Very limited supply only available in 100g and 30g packs.

These beautiful 15cm pods are fat, juicy and packed with seeds. They are very rare due to the length of time they take to mature and cure, with only a small crop sourced from the wild in Mexico.
They are also the only variety where many of the flowers are still pollinated naturally by bees.

Still providing that gorgeous rich and creamy vanilla base. On the nose you’re hit with cacao, figs, raisins, overtones of citrus and is that banana? A truly complex and magical flavour profile.
